  • First coin rubbing - the 10-Van Quang Trung Trong Bao was not well-researched designed. Emperor Quang Trung was the main rival of Ch'ing dynasty. He even replaced immediately the coin Chien Lung T'ung Pao with An Nan (Annam in Chinese on reverse side) by his coin Quang Trung Thong Bao with Annam, right after he swept Chien Lung's army out of Vietnam. The charm might be minted from the same mould used for Chinese coin and the producer did not bother to change the Manchu characters for this Quang Trung charm.
  • In Tay Son dynasty, Emperors Quang Trung and Thai Duc, except Canh Thinh, never minted large-sized coins.
  • Emperor Canh Thinh, Quang Trung's son, minted large copper coin with dragon on the reverse side.
  • Production and Value: Vietnam War era.
