Shown here item looks like Chinese coin of Ching Dynasty, Chia Ch'ing period (1796-1820 a.d.). But instead of usual Manchu inscription it bear legend San Shou Zuo Peng.
San Shou:
- three highest dignitaries
or
- old men of 3 longevity degrees
Zuo Peng - to become of friends.
Total meaning is not clear for me yet.

I think there could be two meanings:
- First: read as
San Shou Zuo Peng means three old people are making friends.
- Second: read as
San Peng Zuo Shou means three friends are
celebrating a birthday party.
Any additional comments on that coin would be appreciated.
You can sent it to Vladimir Belyaev .
